Do you want to get fit and strong with a group of mates so you can support and encourage each other while holding each other accountable?
You might be taking part in your first ever Powerlifting event and want to train with a group of people on the same journey!
Then our Squad Trainings are for you!
Run by our professional coaches, you will be provided a structure and program for your team based on your specific goals.
You will get 2 sessions per week with your group and your nominated coach, as well as access to our open gym.
