6 WEEK TRAINING BLOCK
ACTN3's training blocks are an ongoing structured program that is broken up into 6 week training blocks. Our program is designed to optimize performance and create consistency in your training and with our rotating 6 week training blocks it keeps things interesting too.
What isn't measured doesn't change!
We provide the tools to track your progress by recording your weights, reps and sets using our progressive overload system to make sure you are heading in the right direction.
We also provide access to Body Measurement tracking days to make sure you look as strong as you lift.
Train under the guidance of professional coaches the practice what they preach!
Our team of coaches are passionate about what we do, providing years of experience and knowledge in their fields, our coaches are here to support you on your journey of becoming the strongest version of yourself through hard work and consistency
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
We kick off each training block with an informative Workshop giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
You will have access to all our Gym Events and Workshops that fall during your 6 weeks training block at ACTN3
